You can provide Reduct with hints for transcription, which will be used if you order human transcription upgrades for any recordings in your project, or if your workspace is set up to automatically request a human transcript.

The transcription glossary is particularly useful for listing expected names of people, places, and products that are mentioned or likely to come up in your recordings in the project.

You can add to a project's transcription glossary while creating a project, or any time thereafter. Transcription Glossaries are set and stored at the project level, and can be accessed under under the project kebab menu in "Transcription settings".
