If you have any questions about Reduct that are not resolved by the help site, please click the "?" icon on the bottom-right within your Reduct application to contact us, or email us at support@reduct.video

Reduct will provide Technical Support to customers via electronic mail on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm Pacific time, with the exclusion of Federal Holidays (“Support Hours”).

Reduct will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all Helpdesk tickets within 1 business day.
