Refund policy
Both Personal and Professional plans renew automatically. We’ll email you 5 days before your renewal. That email will show the expected charges, as long as nothing changes on your plan before then. You’re free to make changes anytime before the renewal date.
Our policy is not to issue refunds for mistaken auto-renewals.
To avoid unwanted charges:
- Make sure your billing email is correct and active. We will send notification to this email before your renewal.
- Add our emails to your safe sender list (whitelist) if needed.
- Update your plan settings (such as altering number of editor seats) before the renewal date.
We aim for full transparency by sending this notification of the date and charges before every subscription renewal.
