Uploading court-certified transcripts to Reduct

Reduct supports ASCII transcript uploads, allowing you to import certified transcripts.

This functionality is not available for all customers. If you would be interested in access to this functionality, please contact support@reduct.video.

If you have a certified transcript that you would like synced to your audio/video, you can upload that certified transcript to Reduct.

1. Click on the three-dot kebab (︙) menu next to the filename of the recording.
2. Then click on the View or add media files option.
   
3. Now, click on the three-dot kebab (︙) menu next to the file you want to work with.
4. Click Upload ASCII transcript (txt) and upload your transcript.
   
5. Select the right configuration in your court-certified transcript and hit Import.
   
6. Your transcript will now be automatically re-aligned with the media, and should be ready for you in a few minutes.
