Leaving a project
If you simply want to clean up your workspace without deleting a project for others:
- Editors and Commenters can leave projects while maintaining the ability to rejoin (depending on access settings).
- Project-specific editors & project-specific commenters may leave projects at will but will need to request access from a Billing Manager or be invited by an editor, to join those projects again.
To leave a project:
- From the projects listing page, click the three-dot kebab (︙)menu of the project you'd like to leave.
- Select Access permissions.
- Scroll to find your name.
- Click the three-dot kebab (︙) menu next to your name and select Remove from project.
If you still have access to the project, it will appear lower in your project list. If it was project-specific access, it will no longer be visible, and you’ll need to be re-invited.
Restoring deleting item
You can restore a deleted item using the Recent Activity menu:
- Click the Clock icon in the top-right corner of the screen (next to your profile picture).
- Locate the deleted item in the recent activity list.
- Click Restore.
The restored item will return to its original location and may not appear at the top of the list.
If you are inside a specific project, the Recent activity panel will only display deletions specific to that project.
