Accessing the admin settings

  1. Click on your profile picture on the top right.
  2. Click Settings from the drop-down menu.
Note:

You must be the Billing Manager to access all admin settings. Editors will only see a limited set of options.

Who can access what?

  1. Billing managers: They can access all the workspace settings, including payments and billing information.
  2. Editors: They can access user profile settings, set up their calendar integration, and have the option to add or remove other users, but they won't have access to any billing information.
  3. Guest editors and commenters: They can only access user profile settings to change their name, title, and profile picture.

You can access the workspace settings from the left-hand side panel of your dashboard.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll find:

  • Profile - Workspace name, billing address
  • Users - Access and permissions, add or remove users
  • Plan - Plans and subscription settings
  • Transcription - Usage report, usage history
  • Payments - Update card option, payment history
