Accessing the admin settings
- Click on your profile picture on the top right.
- Click Settings from the drop-down menu.
Note:
You must be the Billing Manager to access all admin settings. Editors will only see a limited set of options.
Who can access what?
- Billing managers: They can access all the workspace settings, including payments and billing information.
- Editors: They can access user profile settings, set up their calendar integration, and have the option to add or remove other users, but they won't have access to any billing information.
- Guest editors and commenters: They can only access user profile settings to change their name, title, and profile picture.
Navigating the workspace settings

You can access the workspace settings from the left-hand side panel of your dashboard.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll find:
- Profile - Workspace name, billing address
- Users - Access and permissions, add or remove users
- Plan - Plans and subscription settings
- Transcription - Usage report, usage history
- Payments - Update card option, payment history
