Why am I getting emails from support@reduct.video?

We send notification emails from our support@reduct.video address when needed, such as when you forget a password, or to notify you that your human transcription is complete, etc.

If you want to make sure you don't receive any emails from us, you can go to Profile under Settings and modify your preferences.
